We specialize in supporting individuals with mild to moderate anxiety, ADHD, substance use, and depression, and were expanding our in-person services across Northern California. We are a growing practice of 30 clinicians, with plans to expand to 100, and are looking for dedicated, fully licensed therapists to join our team. The Role We are currently hiring a Licensed Child Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children and families. This is primarily an in-person role in Berkeley or San Rafael, though hybrid/remote flexibility may be possible. What Youll Do Provide individual therapy sessions for children (and families, as appropriate). 26 scheduled sessions per week (average 22 sessions per week with cancelations). Maintain strong clinical care without heavy administrative or case management burdens. Collaborate with our clinical team while enjoying flexibility and independence in your practice. What We Offer Compensation: $86 $94 per session (50%-55% revenue split). Typically of 22 sessions/week ~$100,000 annually. If you want to see more patients you can make significantly more Bonus pay for therapists who exceed thresholds (10% more for additional clients above 48 hours).
