Under your supervision, you ensure that:
Your assigned client families experience a consistent high quality clinical practice, impactful client progress and customer satisfaction with Intercare services. Your provision of direct services to clients will include FBAs, direct oversight of assigned client cases as well as consultation on or coverage of certain cases assigned to other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
Your assigned clinical team experiences high quality professional development and success in their roles, as appropriate for their level of experience and stage in professional development. You will provide oversight, feedback, mentoring and encouragement to produce trained and professional Program Managers and Interventionists and optimize their success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain minimum billable hours of an average of 5 hours/workday (25 hours per week/ 110 hours per month).
Supervise your Program Manager team to ensure minimum billable of 28 hours per week (120 hours per month).
Provide quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients, settings and funding sources to include: direct observation and protocol modification, as needed.
Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as (not limited to) the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, in order to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
Provide supervision and complete documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBT's, BCaBA's and BCBA candidates, as needed
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, in order to develop function-based treatments.
Provide accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback through completion of Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members (i.e., all Behavior Interventionist and Program Supervisors/Managers).
Provide training, as needed, to teachers, technicians, parents, and/or others utilizing Behavior Skills Training (BST): discussion, modeling, practice and feedback.
If applicable, attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and/or other interdisciplinary team meetings and, when appropriate, present proposed goals and objectives, behavioral interventions, and possible modifications/adaptations.
If applicable, collaborate with school personnel by conducting student observations, providing written programming and/or behavioral recommendations, implementing training as necessary, and providing regular follow-up support, as authorized.

Summary
As part of an interdisciplinary team, the Clinician will conduct psychotherapy with adult members that have severe and persistent mental illness in the agency's interim housing facilities, Access Center, and field. The Clinician's primary responsibilities are to engage members and to coordinate mental health and recovery services that will ensure housing stability and community integrations. This position is responsible for maintaining the highest quality provision of direct individual and group therapeutic and case management services while fostering teamwork among staff and across departments and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide, coordinate and implement mental health and recovery support services with individual members.
2. Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and document services using Department of Mental Health (DMH) and Medi-Cal guidelines.
3. Develop effective, trusting relationships with members, with a focus on facilitating independence and maintenance of improved physical and mental health.
4. Collaborate with each member to develop their individual treatment plan, review and update it upon completion of goals.
5. Assist management and other clinicians with program evaluation for future program improvements and growth.
6. Assist members with becoming involved in daily activities, socialization, health maintenance, sense of community, and progress in recovery reflecting of The People Concern's model which emphasizes customer choice, harm reduction, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
7. Work cooperatively and cohesively with other members of the Clinical Services team, including participation in weekly staff meetings, group clinical supervision and trainings.
8. Provide crisis intervention services.
Qualifications:
1. MSW, MFT, or PCC registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences; registration in good standing.
2. Outstanding clinical and strong team-building skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and database applications.
4. Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills.
5. Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and with minimal supervision.

As the Area Behavior Analyst, you will provide expert behavioral support and consultation across multiple Spectrum School locations within an assigned region. This includes, but is not limited to conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The Area Behavior Analyst works under the support and direction of the Area/Regional VP, Operations and onsite Program Directors to enhance the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes of students through use of evidence-based interventions and in collaboration with the operations and educational staff from each campus within assigned area.

‖ Responsibilities Include:
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for all designated schools to identify the causes and functions of students' challenging behaviors.
Creating and implementing BIPs that align with Spectrum standards and district guidelines, addressing the individual needs of each student.
Supporting the development of measurable, objective IEP goals and facilitating progress monitoring in collaboration with on-site instructional personnel.
Implementing evidence-based interventions by applying scientifically proven behavioral and educational strategies, promoting positive outcomes in academic, social, emotional, and independent functioning.
Providing crisis management intervention and support for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behavior and developing strategies to reduce the need for 1:1 staffing.
Collaborating closely with on-site education teams to collect and analyze data on student behavior, monitor student progress, and ensure appropriate intervention responsiveness and consistent progress toward goals.
Conducting regular quality checks for each campus within assigned region at the student, staff, classroom, and site levels; making recommendations for improvement based on analysis of data.
Supporting the development of on-site teams within assigned the area through delivery of training on behavioral assessment, intervention, positive behavior supports, data collection, crisis management, and other relevant topics.
Providing guidance and supervision to staff members within assigned region pursuing BACB certification (RBT, BCaBA, BCBA), as agreed with the Program Director or VP of Behavior Services.
Assisting in the development and implementation of improvement plans for assigned campuses to enhance student performance and staff effectiveness.
Engaging in multi-disciplinary on-site and regional team meetings to discuss behavioral needs and contribute to the development of comprehensive support strategies.
Monitoring and ensuring adherence of all campuses to Department of Education regulations and internal standards for educational and behavioral service is maintained within assigned area.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of assessments, interventions, progress, and compliance activities.
Providing operational support to all schools in the assigned area, focusing on academic achievement, behavioral support, staff retention, and development.
Performing other related duties as assigned to support organizational success.
‖ Qualifications Required:
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related field.
Valid certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required at one of the following levels (salary commensurate with certification level):
Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) may be acceptable at some locations.
Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company-approved crisis management procedures
A current education specialist or special education teaching credential (Mild/Mod or Mod/Severe) is preferred.
A valid CA state driver's license is required for travel between locations.
Prior experience in training and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, including effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and data-driven decision-making and functional analysis/behavior intervention plans in an educational setting.
Highly skilled in working with individuals with severe learning, emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and/or other related disabilities; preferably in a special education program setting.
Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Solid motivational skills and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives.
Advanced oral and written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment.
