POSITION SUMMARY
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. * Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
* Prepares presentation decks for distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financials or as required.

Job Description
Scope: Responsible for preparing beverages and/or serving food in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Ensures consistent product quality and outstanding guest satisfaction by adhering to brand and service standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Warmly greets guests as they arrive at the lobby café. Actively promotes featured drinks and food items, using effective upselling techniques to increase sales.
Prepares specialty and brand-specific coffee beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Accurately mixes and serves a variety of beverages, following standardized recipes to maintain quality, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Sets up and maintains a clean, well-stocked, and organized work area, including the bar and back bar, in accordance with company procedures.
Observes guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Alerts management when service should be discontinued due to intoxication or impaired behavior.
Checks guest identification when necessary and complies with all local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
Monitors inventory levels of liquor, coffee, and other supplies. Accurately completes requisition forms and stores items according to approved procedures.
Manages cash handling duties, including securing a cash bank, recording transactions accurately, and balancing the register.
Responds promptly and positively to guest requests and ensures follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times, following the company's grooming and dress code standards.
Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
