Position Summary
This position will support the legal department in preparing and organizing various legal documents to support the Lottery business.
Job Functions:
Assist with Intellectual Property (IP) matters, including:
Conducting trademark availability and clearance searches using internal and external tools.
Preparing, filing, and maintaining trademark applications, renewals, and assignments.
Drafting and managing cease-and-desist letters, trademark enforcement correspondence, and responses to third-party actions.
Maintaining IP portfolios and databases (including docketing and status tracking).
Coordinating with outside counsel and business units on IP-related filings, disputes, and brand protection efforts.
Supporting preparation of IP-related disclosures, audits, and due diligence materials.
Maintaining, managing and updating the Legal Department's contract management solution and document repository; proficiency with the IntelAgree™ platform a plus.
Drafting, revising, proofreading, and editing contractual documents (such as nondisclosure agreements and standard form subcontracts and consulting agreements)
Receiving and filing signed agreements in the Legal Department records platform and managing distribution of documents to other departments as directed

Preparing information for disclosures related to proposals, contracts, regulatory filings, government investigations and responses to other inquiries as needed
Process requests for notarization and obtaining apostille, as directed
Receiving and responding to inquiries from internal clients

QualificationsPosition Requirements/Qualifications:
