Ben Newman is Chief Financial Officer of Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, a subsidiary of Marsh Inc., the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor. In this role, he is responsible for all financial related functions, as well as corporate development and strategy. He joined Marsh & McLennan Agency in December 2009 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Newman has extensive experience in financial services and insurance. Earlier, with USI Holdings, he served in a variety of leadership roles, including vice president of Corporate Development during the period in which it grew to become the eighth largest broker in the United States. Before joining Marsh & McLennan Agency, he was senior vice president of Operations for USI Affinity. Mr. Newman also has held positions in private equity with Capital Z Partners and in investment banking with Merrill Lynch & Co. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. degree in Finance.

Christina Mott is Chief Operating Officer of Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC where she is responsible for operational best practices, innovation, technology/digitization initiatives and product development working closely with regional MMA leaders and teams across Marsh & McLennan Companies. Christina joined Marsh & McLennan Companies through Oliver Wyman as Director of Client Solutions then served as Global Head of Innovation for MMC Corporate and Marsh. Prior to Marsh & McLennan Companies, Christina established the US presence for a Swiss-based firm as Chief Operating Officer of Think Tools, Inc. Christina also held positions at Pitney Bowes developing new products as Worldwide Product Line Manager. Christina earned an MBA in general management from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and a Bachelor's Degree in political economy of industrial societies from the University of California at Berkeley.

Seasoned executive with over 15 years of strategic, financial, operational, and leadership experience, Dane provides overall direction and guidance to the operational and financial activities of his company with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability both for his company and its clients. In addition to managing, budgeting and reporting all aspects of the company's financial statements, he oversees operations as necessary. Dane has managed and completed four full-scale annual audits with two different CPA Firms (Three years with a "Big Six" firm and one with a mid-sized firm). Dane's experience ranges from startups to well-established firms and from tech to professional services. Prior to joining Marsh McLennan Agency in September of 2017, Dane served as CFO for Profit Recovery Partners, and as Vice President of Finance and Operations for Veritone, formerly R.O.I. Media Direct, beginning in June of 2010. Prior to that, Dane served as Chief Financial Officer within the automotive industry. In addition, Dane has considerable experience in developing and optimizing online campaigns. Dane earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Point Loma Nazarene University and his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Innovation Management from Chapman University.

David Krenn is a Chief Financial Officer at Marsh & McLennan Agency and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has worked as Sr. Manager Sales Operations at Medtronic, Director Financial Planning & Analysis at CRYOLIFE INC, and Senior Associate at KPMG US. David studied at Saint John s University between 1997 and 2001.
