The Senior Process Executive - Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing and optimizing the full lifecycle of hospital and professional claims across third-party payers, including commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. This role requires advanced knowledge of US healthcare billing, claims adjudication, and payer-specific requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for healthcare services.

Work cross-functionally with technical and implementation teams to deliver comprehensive professional services, leading to exceptional customer outcomes.
Create and iterate on foundational best practice process, tools, measurement, and the critical foundations of a world-class Sales function
Your experience:
5+ Years B2B Enterprise SaaS experience in Senior AccountExecutive/Sales roles
1+ years in insurance, financial services, compliance, legal, government, consulting etc. (legacy industries)
Demonstrated top performer with a track record of meeting and exceeding annual ARR quotas of $1M + with average deal sizes of $250K+
Experience with C Level Sales and relationship management.
Excellent data-driven, process-driven, methodical, and consultative sales process and mechanics
Strong pipeline generation, management, and forecasting skills
Natural problem-solver: comfortable with complexity and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and engage meaningfully on the big picture and overall strategy
Proactive and passionate: independently solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in challenging situations
High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business

AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.

This is a hybrid position and is open to candidates living within 25 miles of our office in RiNo. Candidates for this role will work on our hybrid schedule Tu, Wed., Th. in office, and M, F work from home.
Total Compensation
The following represents AgentSync's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role.
💰 OTE $270K-$290K ($135K-$145K base salary)

We are looking for a Marketing Representative to join our team in Boston, MA or Bridgewater, MA!
Summary:
This position is responsible for qualifying leads and soliciting business through agents, wholesalers, brokers and direct.
A typical day will include the following:
Develops new Preferred Agency and firemarked agency relationships.
Solicits business via our in-house software system with preloaded leads.
Develops a fixed number of planned and qualified appointments per week.
Performs in person cold calls on a weekly basis.
Explains features and merits of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances.
Develops referrals from each qualified appointment.
Submits qualified submissions for processing to Underwriter in complete form with a request for quotation by following the Code of Business Conduct.
Maintains communication and visits each Preferred/Firemarked Agent a minimum of once per quarter.
Successful candidates will have the following:
Bachelor's degree
Current Property and Casualty license
A minimum of one year of previous experience in selling commercial insurance with a carrier or agency. 2-4 yrs. experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing, growing environment
Salary Range:
$61,000 -$73,950.00 plus commission opportunities.
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as geographic location and applicant experience.
