A day in the life.
As a Employee Health & Benefits Client Executive, you will:
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the employee health and benefits market. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Conduct presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition.
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance their employee benefits programs. Share responsibility for overall strategic management and focus of client engagement.
* Plan Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to design and implement employee health and benefits plans that align with their goals and budget. Conduct needs assessments and market analysis to recommend appropriate benefits solutions.
* Renewals and Negotiations: Lead the renewal process for client accounts, including market analysis, proposal development, and negotiations with carriers. Analyze and present renewal options, ensuring clients understand the implications of their choices.
* Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Stay informed about changes in health care regulations and compliance requirements, advising clients accordingly. Ensure all client plans comply with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA.
* Reporting and Analytics: Provide clients with regular reports and analytics on their benefits programs, including utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
* Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with internal teams, including account management, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and participate in sales presentations, strategic assessments, RFP responses, open enrollment, and other client-related meetings.
* Consultative and Strategic Planning: Provide consultative and strategic planning for clients, under the direction of the Producer(s). Prepare, analyze, and present reports for clients, including quarterly reports, renewal analysis, and ACA reporting.

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
* 10+ years of work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position.
* Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of in-depth financial analysis and business acumen to interpret and discuss a client's financials and state of the industry.

The Property & Casualty Practice is seeking to hire an Actuarial Intern for the Summer of 2026 to support our property & casualty self-insurance business. As an Actuarial Intern, you will work alongside well-known, senior level consultants and gain broad industry exposure among Oliver Wyman's clients, which include large corporations, captive insurance companies, state regulators, and healthcare provider systems. The candidate would be expected to use analytical skills within a team environment to analyze complex problems and develop workable solutions.
Potential projects may include:
* Assist in actuarial projects with a focus on loss reserving, cash flow projections, and loss forecasting
* Compile data, develop spreadsheet exhibits, perform basic analysis, and summarize internet research
* Utilize R and R Shiny to support a business intelligence application and other tools
* Reserve analysis, cash flow projections, benchmarking, due diligence for mergers & acquisitions
In addition, all interns participate in our actuarial bootcamp which consists of a series of presentations, case studies, and mentorship sessions over a six-week period and aims to give participants a valuable and directly applicable skillset for future employment opportunities within the actuarial industry.

We will count on you to:
* Prepare documentation and submission for market, including specifications, loss records and summary reports for Placement colleagues to better serve clients.
* Analyze and collect quotes for Placement colleagues, compare quotes for markets, review existing client insurance and risk programs and prepare proposal components to better serve clients.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of necessary documentation and follow up on outstanding documentation with the appropriate party to ensure the smooth continuation of the Placement process.
* Monitor follow-up for changes from underwriters and the review of coverage specifications to be submitted to carriers/underwriters to ensure they are accurate.
* Drive and maintain market contact at appropriate levels needed to execute assigned tasks effectively and assist the Placement colleague.
* Manage a thorough technical understanding of the placement business.
What you need to have:
* 2+ years of insurance experience, preferably in surety insurance
* P&C License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

As an Legal and Compliance Analyst, you will:

The Head of North American Infrastructure will be a member of the Global Real Assets leadership team, sit on the global infrastructure investment committee, and join our client infrastructure portfolio construction groups. This role is pivotal in managing and growing Mercer's infrastructure investment strategies and client relationships across North America.
We will count on you to:
* Serve as the key point person for current and future investment strategies focused on North America, including managing a large co-investment mandate with a US public pension and overseeing Mercer's flagship PIP US Infrastructure strategy, including the upcoming launch of Vintage 9
* Oversee accountable coverage of major Infrastructure Investment managers in North America and globally, representing Mercer on several LPAC seats
* Lead the Infrastructure Fund Research and Ratings process in North America
* Source, diligence, and monitor approximately 5-10 co-investments annually in partnership with asset management partners and Mercer's Global and North American Infra investment teams
