These advisory studies serve as a baseline when recommending appropriate insurance and risk management solutions that align with each client's individual corporate strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and enhance service offerings. Be accountable for managing the interactions and relationships with clients under purview. Understand client needs, preferences, and behaviors to develop customized solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Collect and analyze client data to personalize communication and tailor service offerings, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood. Timely and proactively address client concerns. Lead various brokerage and advisory service teams to deliver the customized services required by each client. Identify an addressable market, participate in requests for proposals, and actively identify prospective clients through networking and lead generation. Present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns. Contribute colleague mentorship and talent development on the Energy & Power Distribution team. What you need to have: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field plus eight (8) years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience in the position offered, as a Placing Broker, Operations Manager, Central Operations Manager, Strategy Planning Leader, or a related position. Must have eight (8) years of experience with all of the following: Utilizing knowledge of Marine, Energy, and/or Private Equity insurance products to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements; Developing and implementing business and client management plans for global businesses, translating strategy into actionable outcomes; Providing tailored insurance solutions for clients and proactively addressing their evolving needs; Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics) to support various business functions and streamline operations; Creating, monitoring, and/or managing budgets, while reporting financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives; Maintaining responsibility and complying with client servicing model; Coordinating with international teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the client documentation processing; Responsible for developing strategy to achieve client and business solutions. 25% domestic and international travel is required to various and unanticipated company and client sites. The applicable base salary range for this role is $195,000 to $317,300 per year. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
