We will count on you to: Manage a book of yacht / boat clients including, securing and processing renewals, remarketing, and responding to clients requirements. Quote new business, prepare market summaries documents for binding and collaborate with producers and the client in securing the business Be proficient with HNW online quoting systems and learning underwriting guidelines Be proficient with the agencies management system, documenting, making new transactions, setting up clients, updating correspondences What you need to have: High school diploma or equivalent Current & valid 2-20 insurance license At least 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines/PCS HNW within an insurance agency At least 3-5 years of Personal Lines/PCS Yacht/Boating experience Multi-line and multi-carrier experience with thorough knowledge of guidelines, endorsements, and service for various brokered companies; experience quoting, binding and processing applications Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel; strong data entry and data processing skills Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Extremely detail-oriented, organized and proactive Team-oriented and collaborative Growth-minded individual Well organized, strong attention to detail, deadline oriented, strong sense of urgency and self-motivated. Adaptable to ever changing environment, ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. As our Account Executive on the Business Insurance team, you'll Makes appointments and follows-up with clients/prospects obtaining sufficient information to prepare complete submissions/applications, supplemental applications, spreadsheets, etc. Performs a review of each line of business to determine possible coverage gaps and recommended enhancements. Underwrites risk per MMA's marketing procedures, utilizing agency resources and relationships to fully identify all available standard and non-standard carriers, programs, etc. for each line of business. Submits account to viable markets and negotiates best coverage, price, terms and conditions assuring reasonable profitability to the agency and company while providing the best coverage to suit client's needs. Compiles quotations, proposals, schedules of insurance and applications/required forms. Makes recommendations, based on client's exposures and quotes being presented to client/prospect, suggesting changes, additions, and/or deletions when appropriate. Presents proposal and discusses coverage(s) with client when appropriate. Keeps producer informed and abreast of problems, changes in price, coverage, etc. on an on-going basis. Ensures proper payment arrangements are agreed to by purchaser in-line with policies and procedures of agency and/or company. Keeps abreast of competitive posture of agency and changes in marketplace. Delivers or oversees delivery of policy and subsequent endorsements, additions, etc. within a reasonable time of receipt at Agency. Our future colleague. As our Team Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll * Hold weekly calls with each team member to go over their book and assist with their strategy for the year. These meetings would also serve as time to help them prioritize and execute successfully on all upcoming deliverables.
