A day in the life.
As our Strategic Client Executive on the Rx Solutions team, your day revolves around being the primary point of contact for the MMA field offices regarding pharmacy management, from post-sale implementation to ongoing client support. You'll lead client pharmacy market bids, RFPs, and PBM negotiations, ensuring that the needs of the field offices align with the deliverables from our strategic partners. Your role includes presenting results and recommendations to clients and prospects, conducting final reviews of new ASA agreements, and collaborating with carriers and PBMs for any necessary corrections before client signoff. Additionally, you'll lead regular training sessions for the MMA field force on clinical and pharmacy topics, present our consulting model during pre-renewal meetings, and work with clinical pharmacists and the actuarial team to assess pharmacy strategies tailored to specific clients, all aimed at improving member adherence and driving cost savings.
Travel: Estimated that approximately 30-35% of this role will require travel to MMA field offices throughout the assigned MMA regions

Job Overview:
The Actuarial Practice of Oliver Wyman advises clients across a broad spectrum of risk management issues. We are a rapidly growing group with offices expanding across the globe. Our actuaries hold the highest professional qualifications and are nationally recognized as experts in their field(s). We use mathematical and statistical modeling skills and our qualitative assessment methodologies to assist clients in evaluating and addressing risk. Our solutions help clients manage and prepare for the potential financial consequences of uncertain future events. We bring a combination of broad-based expertise with specialized knowledge of specific risks, allowing us to provide independent, objective advice in the three primary areas of risk: healthcare, life and annuity, and property and casual.
Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support up to 3 Partners.
This position will be based out of the Raleigh, North Carolina office and work remotely though periodically being required to go into the office for meetings, trainings and other community-building activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
* Build relationships with clients and client EAs
* Understand the business goals and objectives of each supported Partner and help to push them forward proactively
* Maintain and update current list of contacts and business activities in CRM database
* Track and maintain sales activity/pipeline with each Partner
* Proactively spot clients that haven't been called upon and/or who need follow up
* Execute requested follow-up calls for client mailings
* Assist the Marketing Department with the co-ordination of customized mailings
* Prepare letters, proposals and other documents using Oliver Wyman formatting styles
Calendaring
* Maintain diaries for Partners, scheduling internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and infrastructure staff as appropriate
* Proactively spot opportunities to add internal and external meetings; interviews, staff meetings, follow up
* Assist with scheduling for complex projects as requested by the Partner and/or project team
Travel Arrangement
* Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, etc.
* Develop understanding of Partner scheduling and travel preferences
* Coordinate travel efficiently by grouping client meetings where possible ("you're in Paris to see XYZ Company, shall I try to set up a meeting with X Company because we haven't spoken to them for three months")
Daily administration
* Work with HC to obtain work permits and visas
* Manage documents and project deliverables when requested
* Notify staffing and Practice EAs of extensions/re-negotiations
* Manage storage or disposal of confidential client information
* Act as central point of contact for all assigned Partner administrative needs, liaise with other support departments as necessary
Timesheet and Expense Reporting
* Prepare weekly timesheets for each assigned Partner
* Prepare all expense reports and/or delegate to a team assistant when necessary
Team Support
* Provide coverage for EAs who are out of the office to ensure seamless support to Partners
* Provide short-term coverage for Partners who may be in the midst of an EA assignment transition or who are new to the Firm
* Provide training and support to new EAs
* Participate in team meetings and projects with an eye to improving processes and the overall performance of the EA team
Experience Required:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* At least 3 years' experience at working in an administrative or customer service position.
* Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment a plus
Technical Skills:
* Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Expert knowledge of Outlook
* Knowledge of Salesforce a plus, but not necessary

As our Actuarial Analyst on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll be responsible for analytical tool development and support to a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally with our clients. A day in the life of an Insurance Marketing Lead is dynamic and multifaceted, centered around driving successful marketing activities for both new and renewal business. The lead begins by coordinating closely with the sales team, particularly supporting Sales Consultants in responding to Requests for Proposals and assisting in sales efforts. They serve as the consultative point of contact for the team, leveraging deep knowledge of applicable coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting processes, alternative funding arrangements, and legislative changes to identify client needs and provide well-reasoned recommendations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with carrier representatives, teammates, and clients is a continuous priority, achieved through regular communication by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Throughout the day, the marketing lead actively monitors the current marketplace to stay informed about risk transfer alternatives and carrier capabilities. They collaborate with local leadership to align with line-of-business strategies and promote best practices. A significant part of their role involves negotiating pricing, policy conditions, and terms with carriers to select the best options for clients within marketing guidelines. They lead the renewal process by preparing company applications, submissions, proposals, and finance agreements, while also assisting the Producer and account team in collecting client information and developing marketing and renewal strategies. Ultimately, the Insurance Marketing Lead directs and executes these strategies, ensuring smooth communication with carrier underwriters and delivering renewal recommendations to clients, all while driving the team toward successful outcomes.

A day in the life.
As our Project Specialist on the Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence as well as being a liaison for corporate support teams. You will achieve this by providing ongoing systems support for CSR24, Indio, the current agency management system, and any other regional tools used by account managers. You will manage and update electronic documentation processes by monitoring carrier communications and key inboxes, administering regional IVANS accounts, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely document delivery. Support process improvements, acquisitions, and workflow updates to maintain operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. You will assist the Operations team members in identifying and addressing data cleanup requirements involving system conversions. Occasional travel required.

Senior Workday Certified Financials Consultant
We will count on you to:
* In this lead-level role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, supporting our clients through the entire lifecycle of Workday implementations and ensuring project deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget
* You will help our clients leverage Workday technology to enhance and unify Finance, Human Resources, and talent management, enabling them to optimize their financial management capabilities
* Lead Workday Financials design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions

* Drive transformation of business processes for our customers, particularly in the areas of Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Financial Accounting

* Assist client with data conversion from legacy system into Workday
* Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
What you need to have:
* CPA is required
* Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/ Foundation Data Model (FDM) with the Workday Platform
* 3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience (can be from other ERP systems)
* A deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional lifecycles, such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, or Cash to Conversion
* Experience working with the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
* Experience in designing and building financial reports such as balance sheet and P&L
* Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential

The applicable base salary range for this role is $111,600 to $223,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
