Pros of working at Marshall & Sterling

The culture is great - there's a real emphasis on community giving and involvement, and they often promote fun contests or ways for staff to interact and celebrate.

Being an employee-owner, earning stock in the company is my favorite benefit. It's nice to know we can earn a piece of the profilts, and having more money set aside for retirement is always a perk.
