This is a 2nd Shift Position 2pm- 10pm Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Schedule and track all carrier pick-ups and deliveries • Sorts, prepares, verifies and loads parts for delivery • Manage the entire inbound process flow to ensure proper work prioritization throughout the day • Maintain all shipping documentation in a systematic method. • Receive and inventory parts in the warehouse and execute transactions in a computer system. • Conduct cycle counts and perform inventory adjustments as needed • Provide needed copies of shipping documentation when requested. • Works with co-workers as a team to ensure our customers are satisfied • Helps to train new shipping/receiving clerks • Respond to phone calls and/or emails in reference to inventory as needed. • Organize the outbound work area to match shipping and truck loading schedules • Input order information into customer/carrier websites as needed • Must evaluate orders, shipments, labels and paperwork for errors Required Skills: • Basic math and reading skills • Good written and oral communication skills • 1 Year of shipping and/or receiving experience • Experience with computers/shipping systems • 1 year of customer service experience Education: • High School diploma or equivalent Physical Demands: Normal office conditions. Primary duties will include implementing behavioral programs addressing both behaviors to increase and decrease, including assisting child with daily self-help skills. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and use common sense in all matters. Responsibilities: Implement treatment goals under the direction of the Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism. Document goal and program information/data collection throughout the day. Provide feedback regarding client progress to program supervisor. Teach communication, behavior, self-help, and social skills as stated in the treatment plan. Help children with autism and other special needs to meet their goals using proven ABA methods in a variety of settings, such as the center, school, home, or community.
