2. Handle road service/troubleshooting over the phone.
3. Manage parts function, purchasing, and issuing PO's when necessary.

Overview
The Customer Service Representative I must have the ability to troubleshoot and become first point of contact for AIT's customers seeking help with timely delivery. This role will focus on establishing new relationships, managing and maintaining existing customer's accounts and assessing customer's needs translating into results oriented solutions.
Responsibilities

Review the process and take immediate action to correct or solve issues that may occur
Act as resource to new and existing customer accounts to assure accurate and timely delivery

Overview
The Domestic Agent II has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Essential
* Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic freight shipments moving via air/ground on a daily basis. Track overhead shipments daily and route accordingly
* Route freight shipments across multiple transportation modes and services based upon client requests
* Proactively communicate with clients regarding status of freight

* Assist local sales and domestic offices with air/ground freight issues

Overview The International Operations Agent II is responsible for coordinating the day to day import/export of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based upon customer requests.
Responsibilities
Work with customers to qualify their shipping requirements and obtain all details (regulations, certificates, documentation) necessary for shipment quotation and operating in order to ensure the customer's request is satisfied.
Prepare profitable quotations accurately.

Ensure all customers' SOP instructions are adhered to and AIT KPIs and guidelines are followed and met.

The main purpose of this position is to diagnose and repair all systems on a diesel tractor to include, but not limited to: engine, transmission, front axle, rear axle, suspension, air conditioning and heating, electrical, air brakes and 5th wheel systems. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on diesel tractors as indicated on work orders or discovered during inspection. Repairs will be made to the following: minor and major electrical, engine electronic controls, clutch replacement and adjustment, differential replacement, exhaust repairs, u-joints, cab interior, wheel seals, brakes, air bags and leveling valve, shocks, thermostats, fan hub, air brake valves, air lines, air governor, air compressor, air drier, radiator, hoses, belts, alternators, batteries, lights, kingpins, shackle pins and bushings, drag link and tie rod ends, 5th wheel, oxyacetylene operation, preventative maintenance, and heating and air conditioning. Document completed repairs on a work order.
* Operate tractor. This will include locating tractor and driving it into the shop, then parking equipment on the lot when repairs are completed.
* Customer service. This includes addressing and advising drivers on technical questions concerning their tractor.
* Clean work area. This will include cleaning floors, storing and cleaning shop and personal tools and equipment. Trash removal.
* Procure parts. This will include getting parts and materials from the parts room to make repairs to tractors.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
* Training. This will include training less experienced mechanics using hands on method and answering technical questions as they arise.

The Positions:
Mechanic: The successful candidate will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals.
Safety lane tech: Candidate will be inspecting trucks and trailers as they come through the safety lane for any DOT and Safety issues. Will be responsible to record and communicate defects and issues to lead tech or manager.

1st Shift (4 days /10hr per day Schedule. 5:00am till 3:30pm, Wednesday thru Saturday).
Schedules are subject to change depending on shop needs.
Safety Lane tech:
2nd Shift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, from 2:30pm till 1:00 am.
What you'll do:
• Perform equipment maintenance on tractors and trailers as needed.
• Perform PM (preventative maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis).
• Consistently look for and identify equipment issues on tractors and trailers that could cause a safety issue or equipment failure, ultimately causing downtime with the unit.
• Maintain tractors and trailers to FirstFleet Inc. and Federal standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
What you'll need:
• Brake certifications would be a plus, but not required
• Ability to effectively deal with both drivers and co-workers in a professional way.
• Must have prior technical experience in heavy-duty truck/trailer repair, equivalent automotive maintenance experience, or Technical college.
• Must be willing to learn and help drive new efficiencies in the process.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Must pass an initial background and drug test.

Experience:
• Prior diesel truck repair, heavy-duty maintenance, similar automotive maintenance experience, or school is required.
