Work days are fast and the crew I work with is great we are very compatible and efficient.

Cons of working at Martin County

Some of the people promoted are clearly the less skilled and less driven individuals. This creates a large problem with overturn. As people see some praised for little effort others that work hard are not appreciated.

Martin County benefits

Paid holidays and PTO are great. The medical insurance is one of the best I have ever had. There is also a free employee wellness center to help save of check ups and medications.
