Summary: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Management Associate will enter an 18 to 24-month formal training program to learn the Aggregates business and develop production and leadership skills. The Instrument Technician is an hourly position, and reports to the Electrical Supervisor. PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Training Specialist champions the training process and works in partnership with plant leadership, Pillar teams and TPM teams to develop and execute strong Training and Development (T&D) plans that drive business results in the Kansas City Plant. The Training Specialist may conduct both classroom and on-the-job training for new-hires, newly assigned positions, refresher training, and any other training initiatives. The Training Specialist is responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and delivering training; developing and maintaining training materials; and administrative tasks related to training and training documentation. Mill maintenance; change hammers, pin protectors, grates, and Mill castings Operate fork lift, skid steer, loader, manlift mobile crane, and overhead hoist Change bearings, motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts, sprockets, drive chains, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic motors. Analyze plans for new equipment.
