Close knit set of good people to work with, challenging but enjoyable work.

Wages didn't match the expectations of performing multiple jobs. Raises and bonuses were very low compared to the company's profitability. Very dirty environment, hourly employees as a whole were not suited for the jobs, they were able to bid on causing constant avoidable issues/ safety concerns.

Very negative attitudes as a whole shared by the hourly workforce. This was caused by avoiding discipline for multiple years. Starting wages are subpar causing hiring issues.

Wages were good only due to an extreme amount of forced overtime. (>1000 hours per year)

Running heavy equitment and going underground to mine lime stone.

Lack of communication. Someone will think one thing and it will be something entirely different in another persons eyes

The family i made there. I met some of the best people ive ever met there. Working 12 hours a day and 9 on saturdays will make you close to the people you work with

The benefits are great. Very safety oriented. Good pay for drivers. Opportunities to move up in the company. Good and thorough training.

Depending on position irregular schedule. Feels like employees get neglected over costumers
