RESIDENT SAFETY: Ensure residents are safe and not in the way of danger at any time. Proper Supervision of residents at all times and performing necessary checks. Never leave any residents by themselves or in a situation where they would be unsupervised. De-escalate residents to maintain group safety and help them regain self-control.
