The Assistant County Attorney conducts all aspects of criminal prosecution, from the charging decision through sentencing, on felony, gross misdemeanor, misdemeanor and petty misdemeanor cases as assigned or as requested by the County Attorney, or in the absence of the County Attorney. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinates with probation agents and caseworkers.

Candidate Profile
The VP of Operations & Supply Chain must be a proven, highly effective leader with well-honed business skills and a history of leading operations in a growing business. This key position requires a minimum of 10 years of operations and manufacturing leadership experience in a fabrication and assembly manufacturing environment.
The VP of Operations & Supply Chain must possess an understanding and passion for developing people, and a preferred candidate will possess an understanding of the medical and complex rehabilitation industry and standards. An undergraduate degree, ideally with a technical or business management focus is required; an advanced degree is desired.
Qualified candidates will possess a strong operations and manufacturing background with a broad understanding of customer relations, product specifications, and market conditions that affect competitiveness when dealing with engineered products. Experience managing production in compliance with Quality, FDA and international standards and requirements and a proven track record of leading continuous improvement.
Prior management experience is desired, as is a track record of achieving superior growth and profitability results within an industry. Exceptional leadership skills are essential, characterized by a drive to succeed through staff development. Job Duties:
Collaborate with local USDA office to promote and implement the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP). Write conservation plans and provide technical assistance to help landowners implement this voluntary conservation program.
Assist partners with all phases of the Reinvest in MN (RIM) conservation easement program, including applications, conservation plans, outreach, title work, construction, and reimbursement.
Help landowners identify plants and habitat on their property and guide them in improving those habitats for wildlife utilizing voluntary conservation programs from USDA NRCS, PF, BWSR and other local and state programs.
Promote and assist landowners in enrolling land in the Walk in Access Program (WIA).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Other time will be spent in the office doing data entry, writing conservation plans, creating maps, and collaborating with partner staff on current and future projects. Outreach in the form of workshops, training events, letters, phone calls, and social media will be a year-round activity to keep the public informed on current programs offered by USDA and other agencies.
