About the Role:
The Telematics System Analyst is responsible for coordinating all Telematics activities for the Fleet organization. This includes managing hardware installation, reporting requests, driver compliance of logging requirements, geofence management, fuel and mileage reporting for IFTA and IRP, safety alert reporting, and system user management activities.

Essential Functions
Device installation and maintenance
Manage new device installations
Activate and terminate devices
Set up and maintain user profiles
Troubleshooting
Identify non-communicating devices; build appropriate work orders for correction
Investigate mileage and hours differences between Fleet data and Telematics
Investigate public complains and provide reports
Telematics system administration
Provide various reports including alerts
Reconcile monthly invoicing
Ensure ignition sequences are collected on equipment
Ensure aerial components collect PTO measurements
Develop & deliver employee training on Telematics
Any other activities necessary to assist in maintaining accurate and useful Telematics data
Regular and predictable attendance

About You:
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience working with Telematics software application
Prior experience providing Telematics training and support to users
Analytics and reporting experience related to Telematics data

Fundraising and Grant Development Support (50%):
Write and edit letters of intent, proposals, and reports for funders.
Monitor new and relevant development opportunities, and programs in foundation, philanthropic, federal, state, and municipal funding for renewable energy fields that inform our work.
Develop templates for proposals and reports to ensure efficiency and consistency in grant submissions.
Work with the development team to research and identify prospective funders for multiple program areas and for unrestricted funding.

Assist in preparing financial reports and invoices for grants.

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for establishing and leading the revenue management function for Trafalgar River Cruises. Revenue Strategy & Leadership
Build and lead the river cruise revenue management function, establishing best-practice processes, governance, and tools.
Develop and deploy comprehensive pricing, yield, and inventory strategies for all sailings, cabins, itineraries, markets, and distribution channels.
Partner with Deployment Planning to align pricing strategies with capacity planning and fleet deployment.
Pricing, Inventory & Yield Management
Own fare-setting, cabin category pricing, promotional strategy, discounting guardrails, and override governance.

Key Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Overseeing and coaching the staff accountant entering all transactions, ensuring proper posting
Ensure SOPs are in place for each company's transactional and month-end activities.
Lead month-end and year-end close process; perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance; publish timely financial statements including monthly PNL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Forecasts; analyze variances from plan and previous periods.
Provide insight into industry standards and areas for improvement from financial results.
Lead Insurance plan negotiations to ensure proper compliance with banking and other liability requirements for all network companies while also ensuring cost effectiveness.
Lead Payroll guidance and processing for all entity companies utilizing ADP.
Lead Benefits Administration across all network companies.
Help to manage vendor and client relationships as needed.
Act as the main point of contact for Bank, Auditors, and Tax stakeholders, and manage corresponding compliance and reporting processes for each.
Manage cash flow and drive improvements in the areas of cash flow, A/P Processing and Payments, and A/R collections throughout the network of companies.
Prepare reports and respond to document requests daily.
Research ways to continuously improve technology, efficiency, and processes.
Interface with and provide the tax accountants required information
Position Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both as an accounting team leader and within cross-functional relationships and non-financial audiences
5 years progressive accounting experience required
Strong leadership
CPA Preferred
Technology Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks Online-QBO Pro Certified a Plus
Excel skills required
Ability to research, learn, use, and implement new technologies as needed
Multiple industry related software experience a plus

Backend passive income (residuals) generated from ongoing policy renewals
Agency overrides, available once you begin supporting and developing a team
