Position Overview:
An Engineering Intern is primarily responsible for solving basic engineering problems, designing building systems, and producing/preparing documents.
We have intern roles available in each sector. You will be asked to prioritize your sectors of interest during the application process.
The Intern Program Dates for 2026 are June 8th, 2026 - August 7th, 2026. During the application process you will be asked to verify that you can accommodate these dates.
Venue Sector: Designing environments for large arenas, stadiums, airports, and multi-space venues to enhance performance, amenities, and comfort. Practices within this sector include Aviation, Convention Center, Entertainment, Fitness, and Sports.
Retail Sector: Working on projects for top retailers, our Retail Sector experts create sustainable engineering solutions to enhance the consumer experience. Practices within this sector include General Merch, Luxury, Restaurant, and Specialty.

Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Design
Performs basic calculations and designs engineering systems under the direct supervision of experienced engineers or designers.
Asks questions when performing unfamiliar tasks.

Contributes to the preparation or modification of reports, plans, and designs for projects.
Organizes and files project materials and references.
Assists in the selection of basic equipment.

Qualifications:
Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in architectural, electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited university
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Previous coursework in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks or other Computer-Aided Drafting preferred
Relevant internship experience preferred
Practical experience in building systems engineering preferred
Experience with industry codes and standards preferred

Requirements:

Will be analytical in nature.

Seeds & Traits Environmental Toxicology Intern
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Collaborate with fellow lab team members to achieve collective results while identifying additional opportunities for system or process enhancements;
Apply critical thinking, strategic mindset, and foresight in evolving technical environments;
Document and report findings in a clear and concise manner and present final recommendations at the conclusion of the internship;
Carrying out all laboratory activities and service assignments together with corresponding administrative work based on short to medium-term planning;
Possess problem-solving skills and able to work both independently and as part of a team;
Ability to maintain detailed records of experimental data;
Be responsible for compliance with regulations regarding quality and phytosanitary policies;
Carrying out various tasks to maintain the quality of equipment and quality certification according to the NAL qualification;
Proactive approach towards process improvement;
Supporting co-laboratory workers during the execution of activities;
Secure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment that is compliant with all HSE, Business Conduct and HR.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Enrolled in an MS or Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Agriculture, Entomology, Digital Tools or a related field.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $36.80 to $46.30. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
