* The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
* Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!

Responsible to handle/label/coordinate/dispose of all waste streams (such as batteries, used lamps, paint barrels, silicone barrels and outside dumpsters).
Perform spill response procedures and ensure proper clean up and disposal processes of the spilled material are executed.
Assist with printing and posting of proper Safety labels on the new products received in the tool cage and waste containers.

Participate in cross-facility Safety & Health audits to ensure maximum performance and adherence to policy and procedure consistently across the enterprise
Develop and execute, in coordination with other leaders, a strategic annual goal setting plan for eliminating injuries and accidents through proactive risk identification and mitigation
Monitor, analyze and report Safety and Health data for trends and areas of concern
Act as primary lead on obtaining or maintaining OSHA VPP Star compliance

5+ years' experience in safety related role(s) with increasing levels of responsibility
Environmental experience a plus
Experience in Safety and Health leadership roles in a manufacturing environment preferred
OSHA Voluntary Protection Program experience preferred
Currently hold or willingness to obtain additional education, safety certifications, and designations required. Designations include but not limited to:
BCSP ASP and/or CSP
NSC Advanced Safety Certificate

Work with provider for scheduling all FAM appointments and attending FAM appointments when necessary or requested by FAM provider.
Develop and maintain protocols for emergency and conservative care treatment - including First Responder Program.
Recommend additional off-site medical treatment if necessary.
Assist in preparing accident reports.
Oversee first responder teams.
Develop and maintain training records for all first responders.
Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and supplies in first responder rooms and bags (all buildings).
Manage First Aid/CPR training for Marvin-Fargo employees.
Initial and monthly trainings.
Work with Supervisors on any first responder related concerns
Recruit associates for first responders within plants.
Maintain certification(s) for instructing.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
