Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Acquires knowledge from their trainer to gain a full understanding of the roles and importance of leading by building a culture of excellence.
Shadows a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn the fundamental aspects of store operations, including preparing a presentation and a report on an operational area to be presented to ALDI executives.
Learns aspects of the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid while conducting customer walks and participating in store tours.
Learns and understands all relevant store operations policies and procedures.
Assists trainer with all administrative tasks (i.e. payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices), as well as hiring, including interviews and orientations.
Assists with inventory, and participates in a store reset and a grand opening if possible.
Takes initiative to create excellent store conditions and improve store associate performance and stock efficiency.
Works closely with members of assigned team to develop subject matter knowledge.
Attends company/department/team trainings and meetings as appropriate.
Maintains a high level of professionalism by demonstrating excellent attendance, adhering to company guidelines, meeting objectives thoroughly and on time, etc.

David Yurman Summer 2026 Internship
The David Yurman Internship Program in New York City is a paid 9-week immersive experience designed for students and emerging professionals passionate about the luxury jewelry industry. This exclusive program offers interns the opportunity to work closely with expert teams across various departments. Interns will gain hands-on experience in crafting exquisite jewelry, understanding the intricacies of luxury branding, and learning the operational aspects of a world-renowned brand. Set in the heart of NYC, interns will also have access to networking events, mentorship, and industry insights that foster professional growth in the competitive luxury market.

Writing SEO-driven editorial articles and integrating keywords into existing collection language
Conducting competitive analyses and trend research
Attending meetings and transcribing notes

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic experience with Microsoft Office and Figma; fluent with Instagram and TikTok

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Collaborate with fellow lab team members to achieve collective results while identifying additional opportunities for system or process enhancements;

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $36.80 to $46.30. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
