The ideal candidate will assist with daily health care needs for our clients and work collaboratively with our medical staff. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Support: Assist in the daily health assessments of clients, including taking vital signs and monitoring overall well-being. Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for each client, documenting any changes in health status. Medication Management: Help administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation of medication schedules. Administrative duties Scheduling appointments and answering phone calls directed to medical team. Qualifications: High School Diploma Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Medical Terminology Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
