What You Bring * Proven track record in driving results, delivering on growth strategies and proactive creation & conversion of sales opportunities in complex market environments * Turbomachinery experience/knowledge is mandatory, a strong technical understanding of industrial compressors is preferred. * Business English speaking and writing skills are necessary. * Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within the customer organisation, strong analytical and strategic problem solver with a focus on technical differentiation and value selling * Proficient in communication, both written and spoken, able to discuss technical and commercial aspects; Willingness to travel as required.
