The pros of working at Maryville Christian School are many! Our mission is clear and in the forefront of all we do. The leadership is honest, direct, supportive, and kind. This is a great group of people and the daily environment is FUN!
I haven't experienced a lot of cons working at MCS. Sometimes we interact with people who have experienced this school under leadership, and they didn't have the same experience that people are having currently, but that is about it.
Hmm... I think the team of people I work with is the best perk!
I prefer knowing what is expected and how success is measured. The leadership here is clear, open, and kind. There is space for imagination, inventiveness, and creativity.
I think communication could improve the culture. I think then everyone be aligned even more than they currently are.
I made sure my resume was updated, and I was able to articulate the skills and gift sets I could bring to the team.
I think the compensation compared to the average is a bit low.
I personally think this is a divisive category. While our team and staff represent people from all backgrounds, it is how we align that makes us greater than the sum of our individual parts.
I LOVE coming to work each day. I love what I do, I love the people I work alongside, and I love the mission.
