Lavin said he was honored and humbled to win such a prestigious award and is very proud of his life's work in helping OSI Group to grow into the international powerhouse that it is today. He has spent his life committed to the overall welfare of the company and its many employees. In addition to expanding the operations of OSI Group around the globe, the company has also received a long list of environmental and sustainability awards under Lavin's watch. This is something that Lavin hopes the next generations of corporate leaders will continue to prioritize. When asked about his long list of successes, Lavin says that he seeks to inspire the next crop of corporate leaders to dedicate themselves to growing their companies in responsible ways that contribute to the growth of global commerce and opportunities for their employees. While Lavin's words of wisdom are uplifting, he is not slowing down in the near future. He still finds time to remain very involved in charitable causes, such as Ronald McDonald House Charities.
