As a Senior Assortment Planner - Soccer, you will play a critical role in building and executing end-to-end assortment plans for the North America marketplace. This position focuses on bottom-up forecasting, in-season optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver profitable, consumer-centric product assortments.
This role will support soccer forecasting for the USA and Canada total marketplace, with a primary focus on footwear and a smaller portion of branded apparel. You will partner closely with merchandising, sales, finance, and planning teams to ensure strong business outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
How You Will Contribute
Develop and own end-to-end bottom-up assortment plans aligned with financial, inventory, and consumer goals.
Build pre-season style/color plans and manage in-season optimization through rolling forecasts.
Present financial plans, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Forecast sales, margin, and inventory at the style-color level using data-driven insights and retail math.
Analyze business performance versus forecast and provide actionable recommendations on a monthly and seasonal basis.
Partner across regional and global teams to optimize business health across the full product lifecycle.
Support manufacturing and inventory decisions through open-to-buy forecasting and in-season adjustments.
Actively manage aging inventory and close-out strategies in collaboration with account teams.
Communicate clearly and effectively, using data storytelling to influence decisions and align stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, assortment planning, or forecasting.
Hands-on experience with forecasting and planning in a retail or consumer products environment.
Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets.
Solid understanding of retail math, inventory management, and financial planning.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred (not a hard requirement).
Preferred
Experience with planning or forecasting tools beyond Excel.
Background working with large or global consumer brands.
Prior experience forecasting footwear or apparel categories.

Complete wetland, waterbody, and ordinary high-water delineations per the USACE Wetland Delineation Manual and Regional Supplements.
Write field aquatic resource/wetland delineation reports for submittal to the USACE for jurisdictional determinations.
Complete evaluations for general wildlife species and listed federal and state species of concern, as well as assess potential effects to species and habitat due to project related impacts.
Assist in the development of reports, documents, and permits.
Willing to learn and operate Trimble GPS equipment for field studies and delineations.
Effective communication skills with the public will be required in settings such as public meetings, informational meetings, construction notifications, etc.
This position will require the initiative to think independently and make rational judgment calls.
Understand and follow company employee handbook and mandated safety policies.
Perform responsibilities in a conscientious, legal, and ethical manner with a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Participate in professional organizations and community leadership programs.
Travel and out of town stays may be required; may work overtime especially during deadlines for submittals.
Other duties as assigned.

Base Salary Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (
Actual base pay is dependent on several factors, including experience, education, licensure, job location, and internal equity.)
