Qualifications

Prefer clinical working experience as a CRNA within the given specialty/service line recommended, but none required.
APRNs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs are required to be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS Hospital and credentialed through the Medical Staff process.
CRNAs should be able to stand for long periods of time and wear lead as needed for fluoroscopy, X-Ray cases. CRNAs must have the ability to lift 25 pounds and reach above and below shoulder height. CRNA must be able to negotiate patient care environments and be able to move self/patients between anesthesia locations.

Job Description
RVNAhealth is seeking Per Diem Live-In Caregivers to support clients throughout Fairfield County, CT, including Stamford, Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield, and surrounding areas during the upcoming holiday season.
This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
Support clients in medication reminders, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
Maintain accurate care notes and communicate changes to the clinical team.
Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity in the home environment.
Qualifications:
Must be available to work on a per diem basis
Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel to assignments
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
Must reside within or be able to commute to Fairfield County, CT

We are hiring live-in family caregivers who meet strict state eligibility requirements.
Program Eligibility - No Exceptions:
To participate in the program, all of the following conditions must be met with no exceptions:
For the Care Recipient:
Must be 65 years or older
Must have active Connecticut Medicaid (HUSKY Health)
Must live in a private home (not a facility or group setting)
Must live full-time in the same home as the caregiver
For the Caregiver:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must live full-time with the care recipient in the same household
Must not be the recipient's spouse
Must pass a criminal background check
Must be capable of providing daily care
Note: These requirements are set by the state of Connecticut. There are no exceptions to the age, Medicaid, or living arrangement rules.
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
Meal preparation and feeding support
Light housekeeping and medication reminders
Provide companionship and emotional care
Work with Charter Oak Home Care nurses and care coordinators for regular monthly visits
