Heckes, 43, joins Valspar from Newell Rubbermaid, Inc., where he served in a number of executive business leadership roles, most recently as President of that company's global Markers, Highlighters, Art & Office Organization business, and brings extensive brand management experience to his role at Valspar. Prior to Newell Rubbermaid, Heckes held positions with the Square D Company and the Bemrose Corporation. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University and a master's degree in industrial and management engineering from the University of Iowa.

Jennifer Renaud has served as Masonite’s Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer since March 2020. She joined Masonite from Vertiv Corporation where she served as Vice President, Marketing and had responsibility for marketing strategy, demand generation, field/event marketing, channel marketing and customer engagement. Prior to Vertiv, Jennifer held a number of marketing leadership roles with companies such as Oracle and Microsoft.

She is an Inventor on U.S. method patent for direct-to-patient marketing. She earned her BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Cory Sorice is a Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at MASONITE INTERNATIONAL CORP.

Dan Shirk is a Senior VP/CIO at MASONITE INTERNATIONAL CORP and is based in Columbus, Ohio Area. He has worked as Director, Integrated Supply Chain and Operations at Owens Corning; VP:Information Systems at ASCENA RETAIL GROUP, INC.; and Director, Information Systems at Owens Corning.
