POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the full recruitment life cycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You'll also contribute to improving our hiring processes and tools while maintaining accurate employee records.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. As a G&A Recruiter, you'll be a strategic hiring partner to leaders across GitLab's global G&A organization, with a focus on teams such as Finance, IT, People, and Legal.
