Job Description Inventory Controls Analyst The Inventory Controls Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. They monitor inventory levels, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve inventory management processes. The Inventory Analyst will also oversee item master data, conduct root cause analysis investigations into inventory value discrepancies, conduct regular inventory audits, and provide inventory reconciliation guidance. This position will report directly to the Materials Manager. Job Description Maintenance Planner The Maintenance Planner is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities - ensuring safe operation, quality production, and maximum asset availability. Providing comprehensive support to our customers on existing large projects. Job Description CNC & Tool and Die Maintenance Technician Evapco is hiring 2nd Shift CNC & Tool and Die Maintenance Technicians to help support our growing business. These positions have the primary job function of ensuring the maintenance, setup, and preventative care of CNC machinery and precision equipment, including but not limited to tube mills, fin presses, form rolling machines, benders, and embossing mills. Uptime and reliability are the two main goals of day-to-day activities. Troubleshooting mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Maintaining, repairing, and installing various metal manufacturing fabrication machines and machine centers, including but not limited to CNC, shears, presses, punches, welding power supplies, lasers, tube mills, spinners, etc.… Major areas of responsibility Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments. Can you setup Haas, Fadal, or Fanuc controlled CNC Mills? Our shop is busy! So, we have several openings for Horizontal and Vertical Setup Machinists on Days and Nights. First Shift: 5am - 1:30pm Second Shift: 1:20pm - 9:50pm Overall Responsibilities: Make good parts while running more than one machine Setup machines by following written instructions "First Article" setups Running new programs and making fixture Basic computer skills Calipers, Micrometer, Dial Indicator, Allen Wrenches Keep parts in tolerance by changing offsets Setup vertical or horizontal CNC mills Experience working under ISO 9001 Education & Training/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent

We are constantly improving our operations and looking for new ways to meet our Customer's needs through continuous improvement. Position Summary: Maintain a well-organized tool crib. Review all tooling, work with tool sheets for pulling setups. Help Break Operators with tasks to be efficient, safe and documentation as needed. Overall Responsibilities: · Receive, store and issue BRK-Numbers for all new of modified tooling. · Issue tooling for all upcoming jobs, using brake setup data. · Collect information on all BRK-1 and BRK-2 setups for updates and new setups, when required. · Basic material handing for brakes. · Help perform basic defined brake maintenance. · Work with Brake Engineering to collect missing data, and tooling information. · Process Inspections. · Basic tooling modifications. · Communicate with the Quality and Engineering teams. · Maintain tooling in Epicor. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: · Good communication skills · Able to follow directions for training · Able to lift minimum of 50 lbs. Education & Training/Experience: · GED or High School diploma · Basic computer skills · Sheet metal experience preferred
