Position Summary: Under general supervision, operates Amada brake machines to produce quality parts. Requires a working knowledge of various processes and operations to meet production requirements. Overall Responsibilities: Operates Amada brake machine, power notcher and roller, hand brake, Haeger machines, drill and kick presses, and SPH-13 machines Coordinates each job with set-up person to ensure full understanding Ability to do simple set-ups on proven jobs according to standards Safely loads any tools and dyes necessary for each individual job Ensure that route sheets are complete and concise Ensure manufacturing drawings have the correct revision level, notes, tolerances, and dimensions Monitor cycle times and calculate PPH Complete move tickets, cost over run, and job routing system supplements.
