Management definitely picks their favorites and if you don't sell memberships you can get fired.

Management is great (though it depends because they're franchised) and it's a relatively easy job.

Cons

Customers can be rude, sales goal memberships.

Benefits

Free 60-minute service each month with discounted/membership prices for additional services. Family and friends are able to come in for membership rates as well!
