Basic Qualifications

Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations is to support the Warehouse Supervisor through either inbound or outbound management of the warehouse floor and to facilitate effective warehouse operations through direction of warehouse staff, in accordance with operational priorities. In addition, this job assists in coordination of receipt of shipments and scheduling of incoming trucks, as well as making internal appointments. Assists in inbound and outbound workload forecasting through historical and trend analysis to determine how labor should be utilized.

4+ years of experience preferred

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations is to support the Warehouse Supervisor through either inbound or outbound management of the warehouse floor and to facilitate effective warehouse operations through direction of warehouse staff, in accordance with operational priorities. In addition, this job assists in coordination of receipt of shipments and scheduling of incoming trucks, as well as making internal appointments. This job also delegates work among the warehouse staff and produces reports on workforce productivity and quality. Responsibilities
Training new employees on company and departmental procedures as appropriate

Directly supporting employees in the distribution center in all functions, including:
Unloading trucks by hand and with the use of material handling equipment
Accurately breaking down and stocking freight in accordance with QRA standards and local procedures
Order processing (accurately picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, and loading products)
Drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility may include order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack and walkie rider.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
4+ years of experience preferred; prior distribution center experience preferred
Independent self-starter with a drive to succeed and a strong emphasis on results with ability to motivate others and significantly contribute in a team environment to accomplish goals
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills in addition to analytical skills and problem solving skills strongly preferred
Computer experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Word). PKMS, AND OR AIMS, ECC, WIL, ADI experience is strongly preferred
