Responsibilities
* Develop and manage successful key relationships within Extended Care (LTC Facilities, DME/HME, Home Health and Hospice as well as national and regional channel partners) customers to achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
* Account management through product sizing, product demos, troubleshooting and facility educations, including comfortability working in patient rooms and nursing homes
* Work collaboratively with internal cross functional business partners including Marketing, Channel Partners Group, Manufacturing, Distribution, Compliance, Quality, Finance, and Legal.
* Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users.
* Maintain positive working relationships with Channel Partners and GPO partners.
* Present product features and benefits to clinical call points utilizing proper sales technique (probing, qualifying, needs assessment, supporting and closing).
* Conducts data analytics and analyzes the market penetration on products both in new and existing clients. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generate leads, close new business and convert accounts from competitor products
* Complete all administrative tasks & training including expense reports, pipeline, maintain accurate SFDC records, market feedback, etc.
* In-service accounts by demonstrating product applications, functionality and use

JOB SUMMARY

Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned accounts
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years of medical sales or successful outside B2B sales experience will also be considered
Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment
Desire and ability to learn multiple product-lines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Computer proficiency; especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Due to the nature of the position, clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day. Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
An active CA Esthetics license
At least THREE years previous work experience performing facials in a spa environment
Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
