Our client, a leading telehealth platform, is expanding rapidly and looking for a dedicated Therapist to join their virtual care team. The team will consider independently Licensed Therapists in the United States for any of the following licenses: Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work
You will provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population, ensuring they receive the best possible care from the comfort of their homes. As a vital member of the team, you will listen thoughtfully, engage with patients in a personable manner, and help shape the future of mental health delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions (45 minutes each) with a designated panel of clients.
Provide 15-40 hours of weekly availability, with flexibility to schedule sessions during business hours, evenings, or weekends (6:00 AM-11:30 PM in your timezone).
Collaborate with prescribers managing clients' medication to ensure comprehensive care.
Engage in ongoing training, case consultations, and professional development initiatives.
Participate in organizational efforts to enhance clinical quality, safety, and operational processes.
Maintain clinical documentation in a fully integrated, data-enabled EMR system.
Qualifications
Licensure & Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, with active and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.); multistate licensure preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably with telehealth platforms, and proficiency in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort with telemedicine tools, electronic health records (EHR), and basic troubleshooting for seamless virtual sessions.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, convey empathy, and maintain therapeutic alliances through virtual interactions.
Cultural Competence: Skilled in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural nuances; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
Personal Attributes: Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a professional, distraction-free workspace and flexibility to accommodate various schedules.
Compliance & Development: Knowledge of HIPAA, telemedicine regulations, and commitment to continuing education with proof of malpractice insurance.
