Licensed Therapist Key Rsponsibilities:
Perform on-site and telehealth clinical counseling services to patients of Urban Wellness, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Urban Wellness.
Abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Urban Wellness.

Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
Complete required documentation in an efficient and timely manner. Specific responsibilities include:
* Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
* Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
* Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
* Offering sincere suggestions for the guest's benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
* Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
* Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care
We have part time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement.
Skills/Requirements
* State of Illinois Massage Certificate required
* Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred

Responsibilities
Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
Full and Part-Time positions available.
Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
Qualifications
Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
Active Illinois MT license is required. Must present valid license during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities, or willingness to learn.
Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
