Licensed Therapist Key Rsponsibilities:
Perform on-site and telehealth clinical counseling services to patients of Urban Wellness, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Urban Wellness.
Abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Urban Wellness.
Respond to patients' requests for service or calls within established timeframes whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Urban Wellness website.
Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
Complete required documentation in an efficient and timely manner. Complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Urban Wellness or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week).

Responsibilities
Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.

Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
Qualifications

Active Illinois MT license is required (Must present valid license during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired).
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities, or willingness to learn.
Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Job Title:Licensed Eating Disorder Therapist
Employment Type:W2, Full-time
Compensation:$70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. This is a W2 employee position with an hourly compensation model. All meetings are paid at an administrative hourly rate.
Location: Hinsdale, Illinois with option for hybrid
Hours: 30 minimum work hours per week, including client sessions and administrative duties.
Job Duties
Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week as a full-time clinician, with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions.
Deliver high-quality, ethical clinical care to individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns in alignment with Life Insights standards and applicable professional guidelines.
Respond to client communication within 24 hours, whether received via phone, voicemail, in person, or through the website.
Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and collaboratively build treatment plans aligned with best practices in eating disorder care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, treatment plans, termination summaries, and other required records.
Stay current with licensure requirements and adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards of practice.
Consult and coordinate care with dietitians, psychiatrists, physicians, and family members as needed.
Actively participate in group supervision, case consultation, and team meetings.
Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment and contribute positively to Life Insights practice culture.

Skills and Requirements
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required).
Active Illinois licensure or eligibility to sit for licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, LSW, LPC, ALMFT) (required).
A minimum of 2 years of experience treating eating disorders in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with or training in evidence-based approaches for eating disorders (e.g., CBT-E, DBT, FBT, ACT).
Passionate about working from a HAES-aligned, trauma-informed, and client-centered perspective.
Ability and willingness to maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week, assuming referrals are available.
Availability to work at least two evenings per week and/or weekend hours based on client needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and referral partners.
A genuine openness to learning, professional growth, and feedback.
Self-directed and team-oriented, with a strong desire for ongoing clinical growth and a collaborative, supportive approach to working with colleagues.
