Skills and Requirements A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required). A minimum of 2 years of experience treating eating disorders in a clinical setting. Familiarity with or training in evidence-based approaches for eating disorders (e.g., CBT-E, DBT, FBT, ACT).
