Ensures that all treatments are carried out according to regulatory and Club standards and follows all Ibis service protocols including greeting, timing, and escort to and from treatment room. * Provides clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, and overall relaxation. May use aides such as hot stones, wet compresses, and ice when needed. * Performs services within allotted time frame for each treatment as outlined in the service menu and protocols. * Encourages pre-booking and anticipates requested/repeat clients' needs and preferences. * Remains current of services and products offered by The Spa and participates in and promotes events, specials, and retail products to members/guests. * Maintains the treatment rooms in a neat and professional manner.
