Sanitize all equipment and workspaces in compliance with health and safety regulations. Follow hotel and spa protocols for cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control. Keep track of inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Assist in maintaining an organized and serene spa environment. Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with spa receptionists, estheticians, and other massage therapists to coordinate services and promote spa offerings while supporting special events. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing treatment times effectively. Support hotel wellness initiatives, events, and special spa promotions. Contribute to a positive team environment by upholding spa standards and policies. Stay updated on industry trends through ongoing education and training and participate in regular staff meetings. Health & Safety Compliance Follow all sanitation, disinfection, and hygiene protocols for guest safety. Stay informed and knowledgeable about contraindications to provide safe and compliant treatments that align with health guidelines. Adhere to all licensing and certification requirements for massage therapy. Maintain accurate records of all guest treatments.
