Available Locations: Eglin AFB, FL Holloman AFB, NM Luke AFB, AZ : Provide critical soft tissue therapy services to enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As an LMT in the CRAFT program, you will work closely with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care to enhance pilot readiness. The LMT utilizes best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and adherence to DoD policy. Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments. Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs. Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts. Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards. Other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program. 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high-performance environment. State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur. Current CPR and AED certification.
