Your Impact: Wellness & Transformation
As a MassageTherapist, you are the architect of relaxation, delivering professional body treatments that melt away stress and leave our guests feeling brand new.
Key Responsibilities:
Master of Modalities: Deliver consistent, professional massage and body treatments in line with spa protocols and your expert training.
Guest Educator: Inform and inspire guests about wellness solutions and skin/body health, including recommending retail products to continue their journey at home.
Spa Stewardship: Take pride in your space! Handle prep work, maintain impeccable sanitation and sterilization standards, and restock your room to keep the "vibe" perfect.
Product Expert: Use equipment and premium products mindfully to ensure the highest quality experience while supporting cost controls.
Team Synergy: Be a flexible and supportive part of the spa team, attending meetings and training sessions to stay at the top of your game.
Professional Poise: Handle guest questions with grace and communicate any important feedback to management to ensure the spa runs flawlessly.
What You Bring to the Team
The Talent: At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or similar professional environment.
The Credentials: You must hold and maintain a current State License.
The Knowledge: A thorough understanding of numerous massage modalities and body treatments, plus a hunger to learn our specific signature offerings.
The Personality: A positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and provide high-quality care without constant supervision.
