This is a PRN, as-needed position, as an independent contractor (1099)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform massage and reflexology services at corporate chair massage events at various locations.
Provide own chair massage supplies and maintain professional liability insurance.
Provide excellent customer service at all corporate chair massage events.
Follow Company policies relating to sign-in sheets of clients, recordkeeping related to hours worked, and dress code.
Act as independent contractor, understand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements related to employment taxes and reporting wages.
Maintain all HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Travel is required to event locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
