Duties: Be prompt for each appointment and complete services within designated time frames. Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standards. Inform and educate guests on wellness concerns and service options. Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to support cost control. Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered. Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies. Prepare rooms, clean and restock as needed between appointments. Communicate to management any staff or guest issues requiring attention. Actively promote spa services, treatments, retail products, and available programs or promotions. Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests. Work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environment. Participate in and support ongoing training and staff meetings. Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management. Perform other duties as assigned.
