Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably with telehealth platforms, and proficiency in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort with telemedicine tools, electronic health records (EHR), and basic troubleshooting for seamless virtual sessions.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, convey empathy, and maintain therapeutic alliances through virtual interactions.

Creates and maintains client cards and treatment notes, when appropriate.
Completes all assigned side work.
Attends all scheduled meetings.
Attends scheduled professional trainings.
Reports any incidents or accidents to a member of the management team.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
