Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is a key participant in a statewide crisis initiative, providing critical resources for individuals facing mental health, substance use, and emotional crises. Our Crisis Services division includes a 24/7 Walk-In Clinic (WIC) offering immediate assessments and referrals for those in crisis, and a 16-bed Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) for adults requiring short-term intensive care. Our CSU delivers comprehensive mental health treatment, including medication management, individual and group therapy, and round-the-clock support in a trauma-informed setting.
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or a Licensed Psychologist to join our Crisis Services team. In this role, you will conduct thorough evaluations for walk-in clients, assess safety and risk through safety planning, lethal means restriction, and Columbia screenings, and determine the appropriate level of care, including placement in the CSU or referrals to external agencies. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, milieu counselors, nurses, psychiatrists, and case managers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing crisis intervention services.

Day Weekend (Sat, Sun): $2.50/hour

Essential Functions:
Facilitate recovery and optimal quality of life in clients with behavioral health concerns, by providing clinical services, case management and education. With the client, create and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure.
Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual, family and/or group therapy with assigned clients.
Develop and monitor treatment plans; update at required intervals.
Consult with internal and external professionals and collaterals to ensure access to needed services and proactive coordination of care.
Provide clinical case-management services as needed. Provide crisis intervention as appropriate.
Provide comprehensive clinical services designed to decrease symptoms and improve quality of life.
Assist clients to evaluate strengths and symptoms, and set their own goals.
Guide and instruct clients in coping skills.
Offer consultation to community partners and providers.
Ensure that billing information is up-to-date for assigned clients. Seek insurance authorization for services as required.
Write reports and other correspondence, as necessary, and with appropriate releases.
Complete all requests to provide the necessary information and undertake the required activities to ensure timely and ongoing credentialing with third party payers.
Staff member will monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the clients care team.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Master's degree in human services field for a Licensed Therapist or a Doctorate in psychology for a Licensed Psychologist.
At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including conducting individual, family and/or group therapy.
Professional licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PSYD) - or equivalent licensure in another state with the intent to transfer.
Colorado Licensure Requirement: If you currently hold an out-of-state license, it is a condition of employment that you obtain the appropriate Colorado licensure through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) within 30 days of your hire date.
Knowledge of theories and evidence-based practices related to clinical treatment.
Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record with proficiency.
Solid comprehension of mental illness and treatment modalities within multidisciplinary approach.
Knowledge of DSM-V.

The Massage Therapist provides various massage therapy services and treatments that compliments fitness programs, improves overall sense of well-being, and enhances the guest's fitness experience while living the mission, vision and core values of LifeSpa and Salon. They work to build relationships with other departments in the club and educate on benefits of massage therapy. They are responsible to designing sessions around guests specific needs and suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions. They work with the entire LifeSpa and Salon team to provide a superior experience in a professional atmosphere.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner
* Provides individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients' needs and expectations
* Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients
* Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
* Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness
* Serves as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens
* Promotes and sells massage therapy services and treatments and encourages repeat business
* Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* Massage Therapy License
* Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
* Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
* Knowledge of basic PC operating
* Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
* 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
* Knowledge of body treatments
* Experience with Salon Biz
Pay
This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.

StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab's proprietary flexologist ™ training ensures that their client's receive a world class stretching session.
Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales
Managing client care -
Delivering a best-in-class stretching experience
Booking client's weekly recurring appointments
Updating client notes consistently
Maximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, outreach to leads
Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns when applicable
Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Qualifications:
