Full Time or Part Time. We are a Very Busy Spa and have massage therapists with a wide range of experience from brand new therapists to therapists with 15+ years' experience.

Your expertise in massage therapy will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Join a growing team in a positive work environment.
Compensation is a percentage of each total service performed plus all gratuities and other bonus incentives. We offer an array of commission-able upgrades to add to our clients' relaxation, including Hot Stones and Himalayan Salt Stones.

Job Responsibilities:
Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements:
Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
Must carry liability insurance.
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
