RESPONSIBILITIES Understand the Serasana model of health and wellness, and work together with fellow team members to help our clients take full advantage of available offerings Provide massages ranging from 25-110 minutes for scheduled clients and walk-ins Consult with clients regarding their current needs, medical history and overall wellness Guide clients through our service offerings Recommend treatment plans that can include suggestions for better health including yoga, acupuncture, meditation, tea and other remedies to assist clients in their wellness journey Take detailed histories, including information about injuries and chronic health conditions Complete SOAP notes after each session and enter data in software program Customize sessions around specific complaints or problem areas Provide client with Wellness Prescription after each session Care for linens and replace between sessions Clean and sanitize therapy room and equipment used after sessions Attend and participate in meeting and training Report to the Owner/Manager QUALIFICATIONS Current Texas License for Massage Therapy Current Liability Insurance Prior experience in Silicone Cupping is a PLUS, but not required. Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA) Job SummaryProvides individuals, families, and groups with the support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses. The LPHA is responsible for performing clinical activities such as independent assessments, treatment plans, andother treatment documents as directed by the treatment plan of the client's identified need(s).
