Massage Therapists administer professional massage, body treatments, and additional spa service recommendations to assist in the development growth of spa engagement and revenue sales. Essential Functions: * Provide services associated with Massage and Body Treatments. * Greet and welcome members and guests to the Spa/Salon. * Communicate clearly with members, guests and spa staff to achieve desired results. * Performs all support tasks associated with providing services assigned (set-ups and break down of treatment rooms, stocking and inventory of supplies, stocking and removal of linen, etc.) * Performing Massage and Body treatments, including specialty service developed by the Spa. * Performs all assigned/scheduled services and tasks using provided protocols and timeliness. * Providing after care guidelines to clients. * Assist in the overall smooth operation of the Spa by maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the workplace, and effective communication amongst coworkers. * Creating a database of frequent clients. * Assist members and guests with questions regarding the Spa and the Club. * Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points. * Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.
