Your Role:

A mental health clinical staff person, if not otherwise licensed, must have, at a minimum, a Master's Degree from an accredited university or college with a major in psychology, social work, counseling or a related human services field. Related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development, counseling and interviewing techniques, and individual, group or family therapy.
